Agreement to Terms
Using this site or booking services means you accept these Terms and our Policies. Not medical advice; for education/coaching only.
By using the site or booking with Health Maverick you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book services.
Who we are
Health Maverick is a small health coaching business based in the United States. For questions about these Terms or our services, contact us at [email protected].
Our site and services are provided by Health Maverick (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Services & eligibility
We provide educational consults, workshops, and coaching services. Our programs are intended for information, training, and coaching purposes.
Users must be 18 or older to purchase or participate without parental consent. Our services are not emergency or clinical care; for urgent medical issues, contact your licensed provider or emergency services.
Scope of Service (Education-Only)
We provide education and coaching using D.R.E.S.S. (Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress reduction, Supplements) and performance-oriented interpretation of information you supply. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage disease, prescribe medications, or replace your licensed healthcare provider. Any labs you submit are reviewed only to guide coaching decisions (e.g., food placement, sleep window, training progressions, stress-reduction practices). For medical concerns, consult your physician.
Bookings, payments & scheduling
You agree to pay all disclosed fees at checkout. Your appointment is confirmed after successful payment.
You must upload required intake files by the stated deadline. We may cancel or reschedule to protect service quality.

After successful payment you will receive a confirmation email with scheduling and intake instructions. Upload required intake files by the stated deadline to ensure the session proceeds as planned.
We may cancel or reschedule
If we need to cancel for any reason related to quality, availability, or safety, we’ll offer a full refund or a free rebook. See the 'Coach cancellation' clause under Reschedule, Refunds & Credits.
Reschedule, Refunds & Credits
This section mirrors our /policies page and is presented here for clarity and to reduce disputes.
- Reschedule window: Reschedule ≥24 hours before your appointment at no charge using the link in your confirmation email.
- Intake deadline: Required intake files are due 24 hours before your call. If files are missing at the deadline, your appointment is automatically cancelled and you’ll receive a link to pick a new time. Your payment is preserved. If you miss the intake deadline twice, your call will automatically be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
- No-shows / late arrivals: Arriving 10 or more minutes late or not attending counts as a completed session. No refunds.
- Refunds: No refunds on consultations or sessions.
- 7-day credit: Within 7 days of your session, you may apply 100% of the fee as credit toward PowerFast Champions (16/32 weeks) or Health Maverick. One-time use, non-transferable.
- Coach cancellation: If we cancel for any reason, you may choose a full refund or a free rebook.
Workshops, digital products & replays
Workshop tickets and digital products are non-refundable once delivered or the event has occurred.
If a workshop is cancelled by us, you may choose a refund or transfer to a future date.
Chargebacks & disputes
You agree to contact us at [email protected] to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and additional collection steps as permitted by law.
User responsibilities
Provide accurate information during booking and intake, follow coach instructions, and do not upload unlawful or infringing content.
Do not misuse the site: no scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access that interferes with normal site operation.

Health & safety; No emergency use
Our services are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call local emergency services immediately.
For urgent medical needs or symptoms that may indicate a medical condition, seek care from a licensed healthcare provider.
Accounts, access & communications
We may send transactional and service emails and SMS for appointments, billing, and essential updates. You can opt out of marketing messages while still receiving essential communications.
Keep account credentials secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy at /policies. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and store personal information.
By using our services you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Site content, frameworks, templates, and materials are owned by Health Maverick or licensed partners.
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own education; resale, redistribution, or commercial reuse is prohibited without our written permission.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences; results vary. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Any examples or case studies are illustrative and not assurances of a specific result.

Warranty disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We do not warrant uninterrupted access, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Maverick and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Health Maverick, its affiliates, and representatives from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
This includes costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred in defense of such claims, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with an updated date.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in the United States, unless otherwise agreed.
If you prefer, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration, with a small-claims court carve-out for claims under the jurisdictional limit of small-claims courts.
